With your support, we are transforming Long COVID care through clinical innovation and compassionate care delivery.

Patients with Long COVID often come to our clinic after months or even years of uncertainty about lingering symptoms following a COVID-19 infection. Many have consulted numerous clinicians, struggled to find answers, and even faced skepticism about their symptoms. These experiences can leave patients feeling isolated and uncertain about where to turn next. At the UW Medicine Long COVID Clinic, our approach is patient-centered and affirms the lived experiences of those we serve.

The team behind our hybrid clinic and COVID Aftercare and Recovery and Support (CAReS) program are dedicated to advancing the science and clinical care of Long COVID, a condition that has been frequently misunderstood. We offer compassionate, evidence-informed care, with close attention to the personal and multidimensional factors that shape each patient’s experience and overall health.

We are also committed to expanding access to informed Long COVID care beyond our clinic walls. Through innovative clinician training and capacity-building efforts, we aim to equip more providers nationwide to deliver expert, empathetic care. In addition, our community-based outreach prioritizes awareness and education in highly affected populations.

Support from donors fuels our ability to deliver individualized care, train the next generation of clinicians, and pioneer new clinical approaches with real-world impact. Together, we can redefine what Long COVID care looks like by advancing a model of medicine that listens, learns, and leads. Please consider supporting our work here.
